We provide a 24 hour grace period to cancel your purchase request before processing your orders that were not custom made on behalf of the customer. Customized orders are FINAL upon approval of the artwork and production and will be shipped upon completion. The arrival of you merchandise vary by your location. However, we request to wait 3-5 business days after we notify you that we shipped your purchase before inquiring about the status. You will receive emails from us to inform you that we received your purchase request, we are processing your request, and after we ship it. For packages weigh more than one pound, we provide a tracking number. Tracking numbers are included with custom orders and promotional gear shipments weighing more than one (1) pound. Raleigh Brickmore ships items weighing less than one pound via USPS first class mail.
Raleigh Brickmore Ships primarily with the United Parcel Services (UPS) and United States Postal Services (USPS) to offer the least expensive option to ship your purchases. On most of our products in our stores, we may share the shipping expenses with the you or you pay fully for shipping unless we state otherwise. This includes purchases of $50.00 or more and we the specifications for the items will say of whether free or discounted shipping fees are available. Yes, we ship internationally.
