However, sometimes a price online does not match the price sold during our venue during special promotions. BILLING INFORMATION
We use third-party vendors to collect payment for items in the iFLOW Magazines Store online at https://shop.iflowmagazine.com and Raleigh Brickmore’s online stores at shop.ralbrick.com and shop.raleighbrickmore.com. We DO NOT store or ask for credit card information directly by phone or email. All billing, subscription, credit card, and registration information are collected on our behalf via third-party by ECWID shopping carts. The billing information must be truthful and accurate. Providing inaccurate or dishonest information may constitute a breach of these terms of use and may institute an investigation for potential fraud. Raleigh Brickmore, the publisher of iFLOW Magazine, may send invoices for services and events to the billing information on file, and the invoice is payable directly from the email. We use Square, Inc. and Paypal to collect funds during email invoicing. By confirming your purchase at the end of the check-out process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s).
iFLOW Magazine, iFLOWMAG Shop, Raleigh Briickmore Shop, and Raleigh Brickmore do not know or access your credit card information other than the last four digits for reference purposes. We do have access to your name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address you provide for your purchase. You have this option during check-out of whether to pay for the order in the iFLOW online Store. We use your billing info via Pay Pal to prepare shipment address labels, pay for postage, and inform you when we ship the items.
Square, Inc.: You have this option during check-out of whether to pay for the order by selecting the “credit card option order in the iFLOW online Store. We use your billing information through this vendor to prepare and send invoices by email and send purchase receipts.
iPOWER ECWID is the third-party vendor where we manage the iFLOW Store online, collect billing information on our behalf, provide you with order numbers for your purchases for tracking purposes, and send receipts by email. We use it to notify you when we ship the order with any tracking numbers.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please make note that there may be specific orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in canceling your order include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verifications before accepting any order. SHIPPING
We provide a 24 hour grace period to cancel your purchase request before processing your order. The arrival of you merchandise vary by your location. However, we request to wait 3-5 business days after we notify you that we shipped your purchase before inquiring about the status. You will receive emails from us to inform you that we received your purchase request, we are processing your request, and after we ship it. For packages weigh more than one pound, we provide a tracking number. Tracking numbers are included with custom orders and promotional gear shipments weighing more than one (1) pound. Raleigh Brickmore ships items weighing less than one pound via USPS first class mail.
Raleigh Brickmore Ships primarily with the United Parcel Services (UPS) and United States Postal Services (USPS) to offer the least expensive option to ship your purchases. On most of our products in our stores, we may share the shipping expenses with the you or you pay fully for shipping unless we state otherwise. This includes purchases of $50.00 or more and we the specifications for the items will say of whether free or discounted shipping fees are available. Yes, we ship internationally.
